Scenario Assessment

THE SCENARIO: Our client service team tracks campaign performance across multiple advertising platforms (linear TV, Direct Streaming, and programmatic buys). Today, they pull data manually, combine it in spreadsheets, and build reports for leadership. They've asked for a better way to visualize revenue trends by client, spot underperforming campaigns early, and get AI-generated insights on what's working and what needs attention. You're the PM for this. Walk us through your approach.

Part 1: Working with the team. How do you approach the first conversation with the Client Service team? What do you need to understand before you start building anything? What questions are you asking? (required) Part 2: Building the PoC (you have 2 weeks). Describe how you'd actually build this. What AI coding tools and development environment are you working in? What's your tech stack? What does the working PoC look like when you demo it to the team? Be specific. (required) Part 3: PoC to MVP. The team loves the PoC.
